Ebony white is about love and when true love is denied. The emotions of a person's soul reflect in their overall being. Humanity to society over the years has want to crush true love. " I CAN'T WIN THEN I START TO FIGHT".
Yes, this one of the lines in my poem. Love is universal meaning all over planet earth. Love is passion, pleasure, and joy. When love hurts it is pain, sorrow, and sadness. Ebony White is the foundation of my book " OUT OF THE DARKNESS INTO THE LIGHT" Amen.
THE DARKEST DAYS

The Darkest Days is a poem about my life at a certain time in darkness. In the year 1979 on April 7, I was 22 years old and my whole world fell apart. My parent became seriously ill and would suffer and die, for the next 17 years. My mother passed away first 12/15/1992 from a stroke and brain damage. My father was next he passed away 6/8/1996 from Alzheimer's.
In 1977 I graduated from Wesley College with an A.A. Degree. I started Carnegie Mellon University in Theater Training as an actor, director, and writer. My parent illness and death broke my heart, my soul and my life would never be the same. I turn to drugs and alcohol. The line in the poem " I lost my mind and had no good positive ways'' This is true I had hit rock crack bottom.
This would be for the next 20 years of my life. I was the blame. Period 1979 to 1999. I came out of the darkness thus the name of my book Out of the darkness into the Light.
Thus, was done by faith in the Great Soul of All Souls. And hard work in prayer and studying all the scriptures which lead to the line " I was lost but I found The Holy One"
A great person once said to me " It is not how many times you fall but many times you get UP Amen. The main part of me getting up and into the light is by writing these prayers which I call poems.
A TIME TO LIVE

Yes, A Time to Live is the manifestation of life on the planet earth. Thus, from century-to-century life will live and die on earth. And will continue to the end. Time is energy and waits for no man no women and no children.
This means " THERE IS A TIME TO LIVE and A TIME TO DIE." This line in the poem expresses the reality of the beautifully brutal world we live in. There will always be love and hate, rich and poor, lies and truth. Yes, where this is light there is birth where is darkness there is death Amen.
SOMEWHERE THERE IS A RAINBOW

Yes, this poem "Some where There is a Rainbow was inspired by the song "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" from the timeless movie The Wizard of Oz Song by the one and only Judy Garland peace be with her.
A rainbow reflection beautiful arch across the sky. Rainbows are timeless to bring hope with peace and love. They also give refractions the opposite of reflection and can be distorted. Thus, the line in my poem " I WORK AS A SLAVE AND I WORK IN THE MINE" This is the refraction of work to the reflection of a Rainbow. Amen
A LIVING KING

Yes, in this poem The Living King there is a double meaning. Living King breaks down to "The Great Soul of All Souls" The Great soul is always living and will never die. The Almighty Father was in the beginning and will be in the end, He has many qualities one is KING of All Kings. This is the first meaning and the second is many men and women have been crowned king.
The King this poet is referring to is " Dr. Martin Luther King a man of God, Faith Peace with Love. The line in the poem confirms this " HE WAS MURDERED FOR HIS CONVICTION". His convictions were faith in God and peace for all people of any colors and Love for all humanity. On April 4, 1968, Dr King was shot down dead His message is still living and he from the Great King of Kings.

THE MISSION

The Mission is a poem about achieving a goal or goals in this life on "planet earth". Now there are agreeable missions meaning good and there are disagreeable missions meaning bad. This poem focusses on four area of goodness. The first is spiritual "meaning" to build your spirit up to be positive. The second is mental to use your mind to think positive and use your mind more than your body. The third is to get healthy physical to rid the body of bad habits and the fourth is to build your economics to provide for a person to themself and family.
These are the stations in life. The line in the poem " a mission is something that must be accomplish " This is the whole point of life on earth. Now in these four areas as mentioned, they create a square, now in each one of the corners of the square, the middle of the square is a person’s soul, as life goes on day to night and night to, day etc. As mother earth turns the square become a circle 360 degrees. Another connecting line is " As a well oil machine that runs precise." Thus, you are born to die and die to live. The Mission.
